Your mission

As a Recruiting Manager, your mission is to secure the foundation of our organisation through high-quality recruiting, while concurrently catapulting our recruitment processes into the next technological era. You will take full ownership of strengthening our teams with the right talents, conceptually sharpening our employer brand, and leveraging AI technology to drive meaningful efficiency. In short: you will make our Talent Acquisition future-proof, scalable, and highly efficient.

  • Quality-Driven Recruiting: You will drive the entire competency-based recruiting process for demanding profiles – ranging from Go-To-Market (GTM) roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to specialized positions in Product & Engineering.
  • Hiring Manager Sparring: You will act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers, guide them with your expertise through shifts in the candidate market, and ensure an appreciative, professional, and valid selection process.
  • AI-Powered Recruiting & Tech Sourcing: You already leverage modern AI tools to streamline your daily business (e.g., in active sourcing or candidate screening) and continuously evaluate new technologies emerging on the market.
  • Data-Driven Approach: You will keep a close eye on relevant recruiting KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Hire, channel performance) and use the data to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Evolving Our Employer Brand: You will design employer branding initiatives and continuously audit our employer content for relevance and appeal to position our brand authentically. In this role, you will also serve as a key interface to our marketing unit.

Your profile

  • You bring at least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally gained within a SaaS environment, an agile recruitment consultancy, or an established, dynamically evolving setting.
  • You possess a deep understanding of how to approach, evaluate, and engage both sales-driven GTM roles and highly technical talent.
  • You stand out through your strong stakeholder management skills. You appreciate a professional, structured environment, take ownership of your actions, and build trust through reliability.
  • You are passionate about the possibilities of AI in HR. You bring the ambition to actively lead our transformation toward a semi-automated, agent-based recruiting model.
  • You have already gained initial experience in employer branding and are highly motivated to develop this area further on both a conceptual and creative level.
  • You have a very good command of German and English and are based in Germany.
