As a Working Student, you will be the right hand of our Account Managers, ensuring that our customer relationships continue to deepen:
You will proactively conduct research and identify new business opportunities within our existing customer base. You will support our Account Managers in qualifying opportunities and scheduling demo appointments. Additionally, you will prepare targeted price adjustment discussions.
You are the voice of our team. Whether it’s webinar follow-ups, regular "health check-ins," or win-back conversations – you maintain contact over the phone. Managing our team inbox and the central telephone line is also part of your responsibilities.
You will assist us in analyzing growth accounts in Salesforce, handle data enrichment, and ensure seamless data maintenance in our CRM system.
