Legal Intern (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • As an intern, you will support our company's legal department with legal tasks in various areas of law, primarily in civil law (contract law), data protection law and IT law.
  • You will support the drafting and review of contracts, the preparation of legal statements, contract management, evaluation and the introduction of tools.
  • You will draft proposals for internal compliance measures.
  • You take part in legal negotiations with partners and clients.
  • You will research legal issues.
  • After your successful internship, we would be happy to keep you with us as a working student.
Your profile

  • You are a student of a law degree program (e.g. business law, law, etc.)

  • You have basic knowledge of German civil law (especially contract law) and ideally data protection law.

  • You are willing to deal with several legal areas.

  • You have good communication skills (in terms of comprehensibility to non-lawyers).

  • You are business fluent in German and English.

  • Als PraktikantIn unterstützt du die Rechtsabteilung unseres Unternehmens bei rechtlichen Aufgaben in verschiedenen Rechtsbereichen, vorwiegend im Zivilrecht (Vertragsrecht), Datenschutzrecht und IT-Recht.

  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Verträgen, der Erstellung von rechtlichen Stellungnahmen, dem Vertragsmanagement, der Evaluierung und der Einführung von Tools.

  • Du entwirfst Vorschläge für interne Compliance-Maßnahmen.

  • Du nimmst an rechtlichen Verhandlungen mit Partnern und Kunden teil.

  • Du führst rechtliche Recherchen durch.

  • Nach deinem erfolgreichen Praktikum freuen wir uns, wenn wir dich als WerkstudentIn weiter bei uns beschäftigen können. 

Dein Profil

  • Du bist StudentIn eines rechtswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs (z.B. Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, etc.)

  • Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse des deutschen Zivilrechts (insb. Vertragsrecht) und idealerweise des Datenschutzrechts.

  • Du hast die Bereitschaft, dich mit mehreren rechtlichen Bereichen zu beschäftigen.

  • Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mit Blick auf Verständlichkeit ggü. nicht-Juristen).

  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
